The specification written properly

40 m at 4K 30 Hz. 70 m at 1080p 60 Hz. Both uncompressed. Distance and bandwidth trade against one another, and every other device on this shelf publishes one distance figure without saying which resolution it belongs to. Two figures for two resolutions is how the specification should read.

The number nobody else gives

10 to 20 ms of latency. For film that is invisible — audio and video are delayed together. For gaming it is roughly a frame at 60 Hz, which competitive players notice and most people do not. Publishing it turns a surprise into a decision.

Uncompressed, and what that costs

No compression scheme at all, which is why the 4K figure is 30 Hz rather than 60. That is the honest trade: distance and picture integrity bought with refresh rate.

The KVM path

Keyboard and mouse plug in at the receiver. That makes a computer in a rack usable from the room its screen is in, which is a different application from a projector and a legitimate reason to choose this pair.

The cable

Cat 6 or higher, stated. On a sixty-metre run that is not a suggestion — Cat 5e will not carry it.
