Adjustment you can reach, and a drop that fits the room
A projector hung from a ceiling has to be aimed once and then left alone, so the whole value of the mount is in how finely it adjusts and how well it holds. Look for independent roll, pitch and yaw with lockable screws — a mount with two axes forces you to correct the third in the projector menu, digitally, which costs image quality. The drop length, fixed or telescopic, decides whether the lens ends up at the right height relative to the screen, and it interacts with the projector's own lens shift. Arm span matters because the mounting holes on a projector are rarely where the mount expects them. And the stated load, as always, describes the bracket rather than the ceiling.
