The listing that says what it will not do

Two things here are unusual. It publishes 10.2 Gbit/s as a bandwidth figure, and it states plainly that ARC and eARC are not supported. Most listings on this shelf publish neither.

The exclusion is the more important of the two. ARC sends audio backwards along the HDMI cable from a television to a soundbar. A switch that does not pass it breaks that path, and the failure looks like a sound problem rather than a switch problem.

The two numbers together

4K at 60 Hz in the headline, 10.2 Gbit/s in the technical bullet. 10.2 Gbit/s is the HDMI 1.4 ceiling: comfortable for 1080p and for 4K at 30 Hz, short of the roughly 18 Gbit/s that uncompromised 4K 60 Hz needs. Reading both lines together tells you more than either alone.

What is in the box

A one-metre AWG26 braided HDMI 2.0 cable. That removes a separate purchase, and the AWG figure is a real conductor specification rather than a decorative one.
