The claim that is different from every other one here

A physical certification label on the packaging, with a code the HDMI certification app reads. Every cable on this shelf says “certified”; this maker points at the thing that proves it. That is the difference between a claim and a verifiable claim.

Why the feature list is worth reading

VRR, ALLM, QMS, QFT, SBTM, Dynamic HDR, HDR10+, DSC 1.2. These are features the link carries, not features the cable implements — a cable with enough bandwidth passes them. Listing them tells you the maker has read the specification rather than copied a version number onto a jacket.

HDCP

2.2 and 2.3, stated. Protected 4K sources refuse to play through a chain that cannot negotiate the right version, and the failure looks like a black screen rather than an error message. It is worth having stated.
