The specification most boxes omit
YUV 4:4:4. Chroma subsampling is how much colour information survives, and many devices reach “4K 60 Hz” by dropping to 4:2:0, which halves it. On film that is close to invisible; on small text from a computer it is obvious. A box that states 4:4:4 is claiming something specific.
The audio list
LPCM, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby AC3. A switch sitting between a disc player and a receiver has one job with audio: hand the bitstream on untouched. Naming the lossless formats is how a maker says it does that, and it is the reason this box belongs in a system with a receiver rather than one with a soundbar.
Three ways to switch, two of which can be turned off
Automatic, manual, infrared. Automatic switching is convenient until a device wakes up and steals the screen — which is why being able to disable it matters, and why this listing mentioning that is worth noting.
