An indoor aerial is decided by geography rather than by the box, and the honest starting point is that a stated range in kilometres is not a measurement — it assumes a line of sight nobody has. What can be read is the frequency band, which must cover the UHF range terrestrial television uses in your country, and the gain in dB where it is published. The real fork is amplification: an amplified aerial lifts a weak signal and also lifts the noise with it, and close to a transmitter it will overload the tuner and make reception worse. Passive designs are quietly better wherever the signal is adequate. The last thing that matters is dull and decisive: cable length, because the useful position is usually a window rather than the television.
