6500 K, which matches the reference white of a television picture so the eye’s white balance is left undisturbed. And CRI 90+, which says how faithfully the light itself renders colour.
Those two numbers are the whole specification of a bias light. This is the only strip in this catalogue that publishes both.
Why COB matters here
960 LEDs in COB construction, which puts the emitters close enough together to read as a continuous line. Behind a screen, a row of visible dots reflected off the wall is a distraction; an even wash is not.
The strip at the entry end of this shelf uses SMD 3528 emitters, which are discrete points.
