The title and the specification do not agree

The contradiction, stated plainly
The title says certified, 48 Gbit/s, 4K at 120 Hz and 8K at 60 Hz. The maker’s own specification line, three bullets down the same listing, says Standard: HDMI 2.0b, with a maximum resolution of 2160p. Those are two different products described in one page, and only one description can be true.
Which one the physics supports
At ten metres, passive copper does not carry 48 Gbit/s dependably. Three metres is roughly where that becomes hard, and this cable is more than three times that. The 2.0b claim — 18 Gbit/s, 4K 60 Hz — is the one that is plausible at this length, and it is also the one the maker’s own technical bullet states.
What is genuinely good about it
The shielding. Triple shielded, described as alu-mylar foil with a braided screen, in SF/FTP construction. That is a real description of a real thing, and over ten metres shielding is where a long passive run is won or lost.
If the requirement is 4K 120 Hz at ten metres
This is not the cable. An optical HDMI cable carries it in one directional run with no power at the far end, and an extender pair over network cable carries it further still. Both are on the HDMI extenders shelf.
Where this one is right
A projector at 4K 60 Hz, ten metres from the rack, where the modest claim is enough and the shielding is doing the work.
Availability
On sale at around 17 € on the German Amazon store at the time of checking.
Listed but with no offer on the French, Italian and Spanish Amazon stores — the reference exists there and nobody is currently selling it.
Not found on the American and British Amazon stores, where the buy link falls back to a local search rather than to a page that does not exist.
