The feature that changes the job

Wheels and a retractable handle. A case 84 cm long with a projector, a stand and cables in it is not something you carry by hand across a car park. Every other case on this shelf is carried; this one is pulled.

The length

74 cm internal. A folded tripod stand is around 60 to 70 cm. That makes this the only case here that takes a projector and its stand together, which is one trip to a venue instead of three.

Both sets of dimensions

External 84 × 30 × 27 cm, internal 74 × 25 × 19 cm. Published, as they should be: one says what fits in, the other says what it fits in.

The weakness

Four dividers in that volume. Large compartments let heavy things move, and a power brick sliding 30 cm into a lens is the failure this shelf exists to prevent. Packing it well means using the dividers deliberately and filling the gaps rather than trusting the padding to catch things.

The material
