A 2 kg mount for a mini projector with a camera thread — which is a specification to check before ordering, not after.
The bottom line The right mount for a portable projector with a tripod thread, and the wrong one for anything heavier.
A 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) thread. That is the tripod fitting on the underside of most portable projectors. If your machine has one, this mount attaches in seconds. If it has four threaded holes in a rectangle instead, this mount cannot attach at all — and the maker says so in its own bullet, which is more than most do.
2 kg. Portable projectors weigh well under that. Home cinema projectors weigh three to eight kilograms and belong on a universal arm mount, not here.
360° rotation and 90° tilt on a fixed 13.5 cm drop. Rotation and tilt give two axes of aim; the third, roll, has to be corrected in the projector’s own menu, and digital correction costs image quality.
A portable projector hung near a ceiling, or on a wall, or stood on a table — the same mount does all three. At this price that flexibility is remarkable.
As with every mount on this shelf: the stated 2 kg describes the bracket. What a plasterboard ceiling will hold overhead is a different question with a different answer, and one that deserves more care than a wall does.

Look underneath it. A single threaded socket, the same one a camera tripod uses, means yes. Four threaded holes in a rectangle mean a universal-arm mount is what you need instead, and this one will not fit.
For a portable one, yes — most weigh well under that. For a home cinema projector it is not close: those run from three to eight kilograms and need a universal mount rated accordingly.
