The specification that decides this shelf

A drop of 380 to 580 mm, adjustable. Where the lens ends up relative to the screen governs the geometry of the picture. A projector’s own lens shift absorbs some of the difference; in a room with a high ceiling it cannot absorb 50 cm, and a fixed-drop mount leaves the image wrong in a way no menu setting fixes cleanly.

The screw kit

4× M3×8, 4× M4×10, 4× M5×10, 4× M6×10, listed individually. Projector mounting threads vary between makers, and a mount that supplies one size is a mount that sends you shopping. This one covers the range.

The limit that rules it out

210 mm minimum hole spacing. Compact projectors with closely spaced holes fall below the range, and the mount will not reach in. Measure the spacing underneath the machine before ordering — this is the specification that decides whether it fits, not the weight.

The adjustment

360° rotation and ±15° tilt. Two mechanical axes. The third has to be corrected in the projector menu, digitally, which resamples the image and costs sharpness.

The ceiling

A stated 13.5 kg describes the bracket. What holds it up is the ceiling, and overhead is where the maker’s instructions matter most.

Why does the drop range matter so much?

Because the lens height relative to the screen decides the geometry of the picture, and a projector's own lens shift can only absorb so much. In a room with a high ceiling, a fixed 14 cm mount leaves the lens too high and a 380 to 580 mm one puts it where it belongs.

Why list four screw sizes?

Because projector mounting threads vary between M3 and M6 between makers, and a mount that supplies only one size is a trip to a hardware shop with a projector in one hand. Listing all four means the box is complete.
