On a tall stand carrying a large screen, yes. A castor that rolls when the screen is nudged converts a knock into movement, and movement on a tall object is how tipping starts. It is a small feature and it is the one to confirm.
For most current 75-inch sets, comfortably — panels have become much lighter. Older or larger sets should be weighed against the figure rather than assumed to fit under it.
