A small pull-down screen at the accessible end — the size suits a first projector and a modest room better than the 100-inch default does.
The bottom line A sensible first screen at a sensible size, with an aspect ratio the listing leaves you to find.
Brightness. Doubling image width roughly quadruples its area, and light per unit area is what you see. An entry projector on an 84-inch screen looks noticeably better than the same machine stretched to 100 or 120 — and the smaller screen is easier to place on an ordinary wall.
Aspect ratio. The listing gives a diagonal and not a format, and at 84 inches the difference between 16:9 and 4:3 is several centimetres of both width and height. It also decides whether films fill the surface or letterbox.
Gain, backing, slow retract. Expected at this price and worth knowing: the fabric will behave like plain white, which in a dark room is the right default.
As with every roller screen, leave it extended for a week before judging its flatness. What remains after that is what you have.
Cheap enough not to compete with the projector for budget, and large enough to be a real improvement over a wall — which is the correct order for a first setup.

For a first system it is often exactly right. Light spread over a smaller area is brighter everywhere, so a modest projector looks considerably better at 84 inches than at 100. Size is a trade against brightness, not a free upgrade.
The listing does not say, and the difference between 16:9 and 4:3 at the same diagonal is substantial. Establish it before ordering — a 4:3 screen will letterbox films and a 16:9 one will not.
