The same fabric appears in this pull-down, the motorised version and the fixed frame. That means the decision is about the mechanism — which is a question about your room — rather than about a fabric difference hidden behind three product names.

Gain, backing and slow retract. The first two are unstated across almost this entire shelf; the third is the one worth chasing in the manual, because it decides how the fabric ages.
A roller screen settles over about a week and never becomes a fixed frame. Near the sides, some movement remains. With a long-throw projector that is barely visible; with a short-throw machine it becomes a band.
