Which full-motion TV mount should I trust?
Both are articulating mounts and they answer the load question differently. The Perlegear states 60 kg, describes the reinforcement that gets it there, and publishes its tilt and swivel angles. The Vogel’s publishes no kilogram figure at all — it publishes an independent TÜV test to three times its stated maximum load, which is a claim from outside the company selling the product. Neither figure says anything about a wall, and on an articulating mount at full extension the wall is the part that matters.

They answer different questions. A kilogram figure tells you what the maker rates the mount for; an independent test to three times a rating tells you the rating is conservative and that somebody outside the company checked. Ideally a listing gives both, and neither of these does.
Because a weight held away from a wall applies a turning moment its fixings must resist, and that moment grows with the distance. The same television at 400 mm makes a very different demand on the same anchors than folded flat — which is why identifying the wall material comes before any bracket specification.
