Is 350 ANSI lumens low?

It is low compared with a mains-powered projector and normal for a battery one — the available power sets a hard ceiling. What makes it notable is that the figure is stated in a measured unit at all: comparable machines routinely advertise "9 000 lumens" for the same real output, and there is no conversion between the two.

Why does Google TV rather than Android matter?
